Pritzker highlights “glimmer of hope” in recent COVID-19 numbers, but warns of post-Thanksgiving spike

A slight downward trend in COVID-19 cases and the state's positivity rate offer a “glimmer of hope," Gov. JB Pritzker said Monday. But he cautioned that the state is far from out of the woods, and warned that Thanksgiving gatherings could lead to a spike in new cases.
