IHA joins coalition calling for focus on new buildings in capital bill

The Illinois Health and Hospital Association has joined a coalition of statewide organizations calling on lawmakers to focus on building projects, in addition to roads and bridges, as they consider the state's first capital improvements bill in nearly a decade.
