Welch requests Raoul use ‘enforceable action’ on MCOs over minority contracting goals
Several days after requesting a state agency take action, Rep. Emanuel “Chris” Welch, D-Hillside, on Thursday asked that Attorney General Kwame Raoul take action against Medicaid providers that fail to meet fair contracting goals for businesses owned by racial and ethnic minorities and women.
