Illinois reaches nearly $18 million settlement with Lannett Company Inc., Bausch Health over alleged drug price inflation
Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul said Monday they have reached a $17.9 million, multi-state settlement with two drug manufacturers over allegations that they artificially inflated and manipulated prices with regard to numerous generic prescription drugs.
