Raoul, coalition reach nearly $4.3 billion settlement with opioid manufacturer Teva

The Illinois Attorney General's office has reached an agreement in principle on the financial terms of a settlement with opioid-maker Teva that would provide up to $4.3 billion to participating state and local governments over 13 years.
