June 28 – The future of immigrant healthcare in Illinois

How to provide services to undocumented individuals and those in traditionally underserved communities continues to be a major issue facing healthcare in Illinois. Along with the future of a state program to provide coverage to certain undocumented individuals, stakeholders are looking at ways to provide care to the growing number of immigrants expected to arrive in Chicago with the end of Title 42.
Health News Illinois is set to convene a panel of experts at MATTER on Wednesday, June 28, to address ways to best serve this population.
