CMS gives low marks to two Illinois Medicare Advantage plans

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has designated two Illinois Medicare Advantage plans as low performing for 2019. Open enrollment for Medicare Advantage plans began last week. CMS released their star rankings earlier in the month, which rates plans on their quality.
