Report: Pediatric mental health emergencies, wait times rose during COVID-19 pandemic
More children with severe mental health conditions came to pediatric emergency departments and required psychiatric admission during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a report from researchers at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
