As the healthcare sector continues to struggle with workforce challenges, a recurring issue remains the licensing process to allow potential individuals to enter the industry.
Along with long delays, stakeholders say Illinois must catch up with other states to streamline the process.
Health News Illinois will convene a virtual panel of experts on Tuesday, Oct. 17, to discuss the current challenges and what more can be done to improve the process.
