Ascension Saint Joseph-Chicago, in partnership with physicians affiliated with Illinois Bone and Joint Institute and Midwest Orthopedics, is planning an $11 million ambulatory surgery center in Chicago, according to a recent application with the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board.
