Michigan attorney general reviewing Advocate Aurora, Beaumont merger
The Michigan Department of Attorney General is putting together a team to review the proposed merger between Advocate Aurora Health and Michigan-based Beaumont Health, with plans to “closely scrutinize” the deal before it’s finalized, according to a statement.
