Raoul sues Mallinckrodt over alleged underpaid Medicaid rebates

Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul has joined more than two dozen colleagues in suing Ireland-based Mallinckrodt for allegedly failing to report and return hundreds of millions of dollars in overpayments by underpaying Medicaid drug rebates for a gel used to treat acute flares or relapses of multiple sclerosis.
