Tenet announces deal to sell last three Chicago-area hospitals
Tenet Healthcare Corporation announced Wednesday it’s entered into a definitive agreement to sell its three remaining Chicago-area hospitals to TWG Partners, a Chicago-based healthcare investment firm founded by Dr. Eric Whitaker, a past Illinois public health director and friend of former President Barack Obama.
