The Molina Healthcare Charitable Foundation, in collaboration with Molina Healthcare of Illinois (“Molina”), awarded a $25,000 grant to Rosalind Franklin University (“RFU”) in support of their Community Care Connection, a free mobile health program that brings health services, health literacy, and health navigation services directly to Lake County residents.
