Raoul, colleagues sue over $100,000 fee on new H-1B visas for foreign national workers

Attorney General Kwame Raoul and Democratic colleagues sued the Trump administration last week over its plan to impose a $100,000 fee on new H-1B visa petitions for foreign national workers, arguing in part that it will only further exacerbate the healthcare workforce crisis.
