Johnson signs executive order to prepare citywide response to SNAP changes
Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson signed an executive order Saturday to direct additional city resources to food pantries, local community organizations, faith institutions and other organizations that provide services to those enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
