Raoul files support for Planned Parenthood lawsuit against ‘defund’ provision in budget reconciliation law

Attorney General Kwame Raoul filed support Monday for Planned Parenthood’s lawsuit to prevent enforcement of a provision in the federal budget reconciliation law that excludes the organization’s facilities and other health centers that provide abortions from receiving federal Medicaid reimbursements.
