Raoul asks court to block Trump administration from ‘defunding’ Planned Parenthood, other health centers

Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul and nearly two dozen colleagues asked a federal court on Wednesday to stop the Trump administration from enforcing a provision in the federal budget reconciliation law to exclude Planned Parenthood facilities and other health centers that provide abortions from receiving federal Medicaid reimbursements.
