Supreme Court declines to take up case on Illinois’ COVID-19 vaccine mandate
The U.S. Supreme Court declined on Monday to take up a challenge from Illinois state workers who argued that COVID-19 vaccination requirements put in place by Gov. JB Pritzker during the height of the pandemic discriminated on religious grounds.
