Raoul asks Supreme Court to support FDA’s authority to regulate e-cigarettes

Attorney General Kwame Raoul has joined the call for the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a ruling that set aside the Food and Drug Administration’s marketing denial orders for products offered by two businesses that make flavored liquid used in e-cigarettes.
