Sixteen federal lawmakers, including Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, D-Schaumburg, have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold the Food and Drug Administration’s authority and actions to regulate e-cigarettes.
