UChicago Medicine, surgeon sued over death of former Silver Cross Hospital CEO
A recently filed lawsuit accuses UChicago Medicine and one of its surgeons of negligence in the heart procedure and subsequent death last fall of former Silver Cross Hospital CEO Ruth Colby.
