Concerns raised over AIDS/HIV funding for Black-led organizations
Members of the Illinois Legislative Black Caucus joined advocates Wednesday in demanding that Gov. JB Pritzker's administration do more to ensure that Black-led organizations receive funds to treat HIV and AIDS.
