Lawmakers ask feds to investigate impact of Cahokia Height’s flooding on residents’ health
Illinois’ two senators joined with Rep. Nikki Budzinski, D-Springfield, this week to ask the federal government to assess how decades of flooding in Cahokia Heights have affected the health of residents that live in the Metro East community.
