Advocates disappointed by decision not to enforce pregnancy crisis center law

Advocates said Tuesday they were disappointed by the recent decision by Attorney General Kwame Raoul not to enforce a state law giving his office the ability to go after pregnancy crisis centers with fraud and deceptive practice charges.
