Raoul announces settlement with CSL Plasma over alleged discrimination against disabled individuals
Illinois has reached a settlement with plasma collection company CSL Plasma and its parent company to resolve a lawsuit that alleged the company’s policies discriminate against people with disabilities, Attorney General Kwame Raoul said last week.
