BJC HealthCare reaches agreement for merger with Kansas City-based Saint Luke’s Health System
BJC HealthCare, which has hospitals in southern Illinois, has entered an agreement with Kansas City-based Saint Luke’s Health System to create a $10 billion, 28-hospital health system that would span Missouri, Kansas and Illinois.
