Raoul, colleagues reach settlement with Amgen over $27.8 billion Horizon deal
Illinois, along with four other states and the Federal Trade Commission, have reached a settlement with biopharmaceutical drug company Amgen to address potential anticompetitive tactics that could result from its $27.8 billion purchase of Horizon Therapeutics, Attorney General Kwame Raoul said last week.
