Cook County medical equipment company owner, biller convicted of defrauding Medicaid program
The owner of a Cook County medical equipment company and its biller have been convicted with defrauding Illinois out of roughly $685,000 in Medicaid funds, Attorney General Kwame Raoul announced last week.
