BJC HealthCare plans to merge with Kansas City-based Saint Luke’s Health System
BJC Healthcare, which has hospitals in southern Illinois, plans to merge with Kansas City-based Saint Luke’s Health System to form a $10 billion, 28-hospital health system that would span Missouri, Kansas and Illinois.
