General Assembly passes Medicaid omnibus

Lawmakers stayed early into Friday morning to pass the state’s annual Medicaid omnibus, which includes emergency rulemaking to give the Department of Healthcare and Family Services ways to address the cost of a program that provides Medicaid-like coverage to certain undocumented individuals.
