Nurses sue Ascension Health, accusing system of wage theft
Four nurses from Ascension St. Joseph-Joliet hospital have filed a lawsuit claiming the health system did not pay the correct amount of wages, paid time off, disability benefits and payouts from a settlement over a contract grievance.
