Durbin blasts FDA for delayed action on e-cigarettes

U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., renewed his call this week for the Food and Drug Administration to complete its review on whether Juul Labs and other major e-cigarette companies can continue to sell their products in the United States.
