DOJ charges Rochester dentist of drug diversion and tampering
A federal grand jury has charged a Rochester dentist with nearly two dozen counts of drug diversion and tampering, alleging he only gave patients half-strength doses of anesthesia while pocketing the other half for “personal use.”
