UChicago Medicine plans freestanding cancer center on Chicago’s south side

The University of Chicago Medicine has filed a certificate of need request with the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board to build a $633 million, 500,000-square-foot, freestanding cancer center on Chicago’s south side.
