Gabel introduces plan to amend Health Care Right of Conscience Act
Rep. Robyn Gabel, D-Evanston, filed a plan Monday to amend the state’s Health Care Right of Conscience Act to allow an employer to fire a worker for noncompliance with a COVID-19 vaccine or test requirement.
