Raoul, colleagues files brief urging Supreme Court to reject Mississippi’s abortion ban

Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul joined nearly two dozen colleagues Tuesday urging the U.S. Supreme Court to reject a Mississippi plan that prohibits abortion at 15 weeks with few exceptions, even in cases of rape or incest.
