Review board approves plan to reopen former Westlake Hospital
The Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board signed off Tuesday on a $43.4 million plan by Woodlake Pacific Holdings LLC and Woodlake Specialty Hospital LLC to reopen the shuttered Westlake Hospital in Melrose Park.
