Pritzker administration unveils healthcare feasibility study

Making Medicaid-like coverage available to all Illinoisans, developing a government-backed health plan to compete with private plans on the Affordable Care Act exchange and using state dollars to further subsidize premiums on the exchange are among the options the state could pursue to make healthcare more affordable, according to a new study from Gov. JB Pritzker's administration.
