The General Assembly’s two chambers voted early Wednesday morning on their own slimmed-down versions of the Illinois Legislative Black Caucus’ healthcare omnibus package. Both the House and Senate voted along party lines on the proposals, with both now needing concurrence in the other chamber before heading to Gov. JB Pritzker.
