DHS launches COVID-19 prevention campaign in Black communities
The Illinois Department of Human Services will launch several initiatives to increase awareness of state relief and aid available to Black communities in Chicago and other parts of the state hit hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic, the agency announced Wednesday.
