Rep. Rush urges feds to reverse restrictions on relief payments for hospitals

U.S. Rep. Bobby Rush, D-Chicago, has called on the federal government to reverse course on recent guidance that could limit how hospitals use federal relief dollars to offset revenue lost from the new coronavirus.
