Welch calls for action after one of six Medicaid plans meet minority contracting goals

State Rep. Emanuel “Chris” Welch, D-Hillside, is calling for the state to take action against Medicaid managed care organizations that fail to meet fair contracting goals for businesses owned by racial and ethnic minorities and women.
