Illinois enters phase four of reopening
Illinois will enter phase four of its reopening plan Friday, allowing bars and restaurants to resume some indoor services, as well as the partial reopening of health and fitness centers, movie theaters, museums, zoos and outdoor spectator sports. Gatherings of up to 50 people will also be allowed.
