Foster, colleagues request feds use volunteers infected with COVID-19 to help develop vaccine

U.S. Rep. Bill Foster, D-Naperville, has joined nearly three dozen of his colleagues in requesting the federal government speed up development of a new coronavirus vaccine by infecting human volunteers with the virus.
