UI Health proposes $191 million outpatient surgery center
The University of Illinois Health is proposing to build a $191 million, six-story outpatient surgery center on the campus of the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago. It also wants to embark on an $18 million facelift of the lobby in its main building.
