U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin and his colleagues on the Senate Judiciary Committee have asked the Department of Health and Human Services to provide a medical review of a Department of Justice request to classify all “fentanyl-related” products as a schedule I drug, or one with no accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse.
