IDPH looking into nurses union complaint at UChicago Medicine
A Department of Public Health official confirmed late last week they are investigating a complaint by a nurses union accusing the University of Chicago Medical Center of putting patient safety at risk by not staffing to necessary levels and failing to provide equipment such as IV pumps.
