Raoul, city of Chicago and Cook County seek an injunction over federal rule allowing religious refusal of healthcare

Illinois, Chicago and Cook County joined 20 other states and municipalities last week in filing a preliminary injunction to prevent a new federal rule from taking effect next month that would protect providers who refuse to provide care based on religious beliefs or moral convictions.
