Medicaid enrollment sanctions remain for Blue Cross and Blue Shield
A hold on automatic Medicaid enrollments for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois remains in place, a state official said last week. But he said similar holds for Harmony Health Plan aren't in effect after the plan's contract with the program ended last year.
